Time Flies… Always

Well Grandad, it’s 2 years to the day since our world collapsed due to your passing and even now I can’t associate your passing with words that start and end with D.

They say that time flies when your having fun, but it doesn’t, I haven’t spent the last 2 years having fun but time has still flown, and it feels like yesterday since the day you left us, the day I really told you exactly how much you meant to me and me sitting next to you, telling you everything I could.

Telling you that you’d be able to sleep peacefully and there wouldn’t be anything to worry about anymore.

I held your hand and stroked your face knowing that it would be my last chance, at least in this life.

Keep Resting In Peace grandad (Jack Anderson). Until we meet again, never ever forget that I love and miss you every damn day and your on my mind constantly.
